TÜV VALIDATION TESTS ON IVC SEALSAFE TECNIPLAST EQUIPMENT.

The decision to undergo a severe validation test for the identification of the technological limits and potentiality of a product is always a difficult strategic decision for a manufacturer.

A sort of natural selection occurs in the market when this decision is taken, mainly because most of the companies would like to apply for a severe test from an independent organization, than can finally document the characteristic of the product, but, most of them are already aware of the their deep intrinsic limits.

After a long activity of product research and development TECNIPLAST has decided to accept the challenge!

The choice of the independent organization was almost unavoidable:

Suddeutschland TÜV

TÜV, with its headquarter in Germany, has 130 years of experience and a huge expansion during the last century as a private-sector regulatory body.

Actually TÜV is involved in many areas of activities, between them: electrical power, nuclear power stations, product safety, management systems and others.

We asked TÜV to verify and document in an objective way the performances achieved by our ventilated equipment in terms of cages air flow, pressure level (negative and positive), noise, air movement within cages, cages air changes.

The tests were performed on both APEC® and Polysulphone (H-Temp) cages to verify any significant difference in the performances of the two resins.

Results of this severe tests are now available to the scientific community and are for TECNIPLAST the starting point used on a daily basis by the research department for further improvements.
